The space

The intimate layout of the living space on the main level makes it easy to stay connected with your friends and family no matter your activity of choice! In the living room area, enjoy taking in a show or movie on the mounted smart TV while relaxing on the custom sectional sofa. Complimenting the space is a large coffee table, two side tables with lamps, and one free-standing lamp in the corner, offering the perfect amount of lighting for a cozy ambiance. Connected to the living room is the kitchen/dining space. Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire condo, and a single parking space in the underground parking garage directly across the street. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and feature a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located across the street and above the parking garage.

Other things to note

Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.
